Hello, My name is Judy Tanner, owner of Climate Care Air Conditioning & Heating, and I would like to personally welcome you to our website and the "Climate Care" family. I would like tell you a little bit about Climate Care. Climate Care Air Conditioning & Heating was founded by the late Mr. Jerry Nisbett, my father, in 1995. Though he only owned the business a short time, he established a legacy of excellence for the company that has remained our foundation for over 23 years.

As a woman-owned business, we remain committed to a basic value system of professionalism, integrity, dependability and affordability that will continue to remain a cornerstone for the life of our business, both present and future.

Meet The Climate Care Team:

Judy Tanner
Owner/Office Manager

She was raised in Coppell and graduated from Coppell High School. During that time, she met Tim at a church social and married him soon thereafter. She then spent over ten years working in telemarketing/hotel reservation industry. This experience crafted her customer service skills. The opportunity to purchase her father’s business arose and with her husband they decided to buy Climate Care in April 1999. She spends time with her son and daughter and enjoys baking, travelling and volunteering.

Tim Tanner
Owner/Technician/Comfort Consultant

He was raised in Carrollton and graduated from Newman Smith High School. During his younger years he worked as a machinist making oil field parts at Haliburton. Then in 1994 he attended ATI and earned his certification in air conditioning and refrigeration technology. He takes pride in running an honest dependable company with his wife of 30 year. He spends time outside of work with his two children and playing music, going to church & volunteering.

Michael Skinner
Lead Technician/Comfort Consultant

He started with the Climate Care team in April 2004 after earning his associates degree in air conditioning and refrigeration technology from Eastfield College in Dallas, Texas. He has been a valuable asset to the company. While away from work he enjoys going to swap meets, tackling home improvement projects and spending time with his family.
